Dear students of the University of Hamburg,
we cordially invite you to the general assembly of the Queer Student Union on

Monday, April 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Queer-Referat (VMP5 0039)

The following agenda is proposed:

Item 1: Welcome and formalities
Item 2: Reports from the current officers on the past term
Item 2: Election of two new officers in accordance with the election regulations
Item 2.1: Election of an election supervisor
Item 2.2: Verification of eligible voters
Item 2.3: Discharge of the outgoing officers
Item 2.4: Election of the spokespersons
Item 2.5: Election of the officer with voting rights in the AStA (General Student Committee)
Item 2.6: Election of the officer with alternate voting rights
Item 3: Miscellaneous
